Badminton is a fast and demanding sport that requires the right combination of strength, speed, agility and strategy. My goal is to provide you with an individual approach and training plan that will allow you to achieve your goals.
Intensive and targeted approach to badminton instruction for beginners and slightly advanced adult players. I focus on improving technique, fitness and game strategy in both singles and doubles disciplines. Maximum 2 students per court.

Training for players of all levels in a friendly and supportive environment. Groups consist of players with similar abilities for effective training. If you have a group of players, this option is absolutely ideal. Maximum 12 players per group.

Fun and playful training for kids from age 6. We focus on developing basic skills, coordination and team spirit in a safe and supportive atmosphere. I focus on both beginner and competitive young players up to U17 category.

I focus primarily on training beginners and slightly advanced players in both singles and doubles disciplines. My goal is to provide you with an individual approach and training plan that will allow you to achieve your goals.
My Specialization: I particularly enjoy training competitive young players, but I also work with adult recreational players of all age categories and offer teambuilding for companies. In addition to training, I also organize tournaments and work as a qualified referee.
International Experience: In 2022, I participated in the European Championship in Slovenia in Ljubljana and in 2023 I represented at the World Championship in Korea in Jeonju.

Your first tournament is always an exciting experience full of anticipation, nerves, and joy. Whether you're a recreational player or a beginning competitor, proper preparation will help you enjoy the tournament to the fullest and perform your best. As a professional coach, I'll share how to do it right.
Badminton has clear and logical rules that you'll learn within a few games. Whether you're a complete beginner or want to refresh the details, this guide explains everything you need to know for proper play.
The price of individual training ranges from 400 to 600 CZK depending on the selected package. The more lessons you buy at once, the better the price per lesson. The price does not include court fee.
For the beginning, sports clothing and clean sports shoes with white soles are enough. I will lend you a racket, and I provide plastic shuttlecocks for training. You can gradually acquire your own equipment.
Training takes place at Badminton Arena Skalka (Přetlucká 3295/50, Praha 10). The easiest way is to take metro A to Skalka station. Parking is free at Tesco Shopping Center.
Booking is simple! First book a court at Badminton Arena Skalka at https://baskalka.e-rezervace.cz (you can book up to 2 weeks in advance, with credit even a month). Then just click the "Booking" button here on the website and fill in the time. I will verify and confirm everything for you. If you need help with long-term booking, just write!
Badminton has roots in ancient civilizations such as India and Greece, where similar games with racket and shuttlecock were played. However, modern badminton as we know it today developed in Great Britain in the late 19th century. The game was originally known as "Poona" and was introduced to British officers in the city of Pune in India. After the officers returned to England, they brought the game with them and renamed it "badminton" after Badminton House in Gloucestershire, where the game was first introduced to the British public.
Badminton quickly spread throughout Great Britain and other countries around the world. In 1893, the first badminton club was founded in England, and in 1898, the Badminton Association of England was established, which began organizing competitions and setting rules. In 1934, the International Badminton Federation (now Badminton World Federation - BWF) was founded, which today includes more than 170 member countries. Badminton gradually became a popular sport worldwide and was added to the Olympic Games program in 1992.
