We process only the personal data necessary for providing booking services and communicating with you:

• Information about your bookings, attendance history, and purchases of vouchers or credits.
• Access credentials and technical details necessary for client interface operation.

3. Google Calendar Integration (Google Calendar API)

Our booking system allows integration with Google Calendar to facilitate scheduling and prevent double bookings:

• Data Use: The booking system accesses your Google Calendar solely to write confirmed training sessions and synchronize court occupancy.
• Permissions: The application requests access to write and read events in your calendar. This access is fully under your control and can be revoked at any time in your Google Account settings.
• Data Sharing: Data retrieved from your Google Calendar is never stored permanently, analyzed, or shared with any third parties.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

We process your personal data based on the necessity of contract performance (managing and carrying out training bookings) and for our legitimate interests (direct communication regarding scheduling and system security).

5. Data Retention

Personal data is stored for the duration of your client profile in our system, or for the period required by applicable laws. You can request profile deletion at any time in your account settings or by email.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, restrict its processing, request data portability, or ask for complete deletion. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data.
