Family Tournament at Skalka: Connecting Generations on Court ✨
On Sunday, May 17, 2026, the Badminton Arena Skalka hosted a very special sports event – the popular Family Tournament! 🏟️ This unique format brings family members together, with a parent playing alongside their child in one team. The key rule is an age gap of at least one generation, which resulted in wonderful intergenerational battles full of pure emotion.
The courts were filled with immense commitment, but above all, a great family atmosphere that highlighted the social dimension of the sports day. A total of 17 enthusiastic family pairs (34 participants) joined the tournament, enjoying every single minute of play. In a friendly yet competitive spirit, 49 thrilling matches were played, showcasing excellent net play and fighting spirit from the back boundary line.
